We do not charge extra fees or require deposits for bookings.
If you need to cancel, please let us know so the barber doesn’t wait unnecessarily.
Kindly inform us at least 1 hour in advance if you will be late for your scheduled appointment.
If we don’t hear from you, the barber will wait for 10 minutes, then serve a walk-in customer. You will be next in line after them.
If you’re more than 10 minutes late without notifying us, your booking may be cancelled as the barber may not have enough time before their next appointment.
If any issues arise and your barber is free after your scheduled time, they will reschedule your appointment.
For any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so the barber can adjust their schedule.
